BEST (AND WORST) DRESSED: Olympics Closing Ceremony Outfits 2012
After 16 days, the Olympics are finally over with a star-studded closing ceremony as magnificent as the opening. With tons of performances, lots of theatrics and gobs of pyrotechnics, some celebrities showed up in some delicious and ridiculously loud outfits. Read more for my best and worst dressed of the Olympics 2012 Closing Ceremony:
BEST: Victoria Beckham. I mean, really? Duh.
BEST: Melanie Brown. This woman had a child just about a year ago...yeah.
The Spice Girls as a collective: While stunning alone, their looks didn't work for me collectively. I expect more from the Spice Girls! I suppose this is their grown-up version...I suppose.
WORST: Jessie J. Jessie J is always a snooze-fest, but tonight was exceptionally boring. Flesh tone on flesh tone on dark hair on...zzzzzzzzzz. Oh sorry, where was I?
WORST: Emelie Sande. It pains me so much to put her on my worst list. This outfit is okay in theory, I just wish the jacket were fitted and she weren't wearing those platforms. But it's okay, she stuns me all the time.
Annie Lenox. I'm on the fence about this. I want to like it, but it's really been overdone. I'll leave this up to you.
WORST: Russell Brand. I would have given Russell a pass if he didn't have those pants on. I really would have. I promise I would have.
BEST: Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell. These gilded goddesses are taking the cake, hands down. These dresses are reminiscent of Nathan and Sonjia's golden creation on Project Runway's Episode 3. Ohhh, the drama!
