FASHION EVENT: Met Ball 2013
The Met Gala 2013 was an absolute s#!tshow this year, with a theme of "Punk: From Chaos to Couture". With little to no direction, attendees interpreted this theme how they wished. Some got the hint, most didn't. Those who hit the nose on the head, though, showed up in frayed edges, rocking hairstyles, thorned crowns and lots of leather. Four of my favorite statements of the night - Cara Delevigne, Ginnifer Goodwin, January Jones, and Sienna Miller - all happened to be wearing jewelry from the same socialite designer, Genevieve Jones. Cara sported the Jan Ear Cuff, Ginnifer rocked Jones' signature Safety Pin Earrings, January went double-time with the Jan Ear Cuff and Rya Opal Cone Earrings, and Sierra completed her arc with the Teague Ear Cuff.
