ENTERTAINING: A Tasteful Holiday Celebration

As I've gotten older, the holiday season has become a lot less about presents and a lot more about who is present in my life. The past couple of years, I've been more focused on celebrating those around me during this time; I'd much rather do intimate gatherings, especially since my birthday is five days before Christmas!
What does a "tasteful" holiday mean to me? Catering to those I love. This year, four of my girlfriends and I will be having a small brunch Secret Santa party and I'll be doling out Nespresso mojito cocktails (coffee and alcohol is the perfect mix for midday!).
Nespresso Mojito
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
8 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 tsp Sugar (or 3/4 oz. of agave nectar)
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Nespresso Coffee Mix (1 oz. of Nespresso 1 Ristretto to 2 cups of water)
In a shaker glass, muddle mint with sugar, add all other ingredients, except Nespresso, and
shake vigorously with lots of ice, strain mixture over crushed ice filled rocks glass and float
carefully with Nespresso. Garnish with a mint sprig.
