How I Proposed to my Bridesmaids

What's more appropriate for proposing to your bridesmaids than a fat rock and a ton of kisses?! Talking to other girlfriends and ladies I know that are in the process of getting married, it sounded like most brides just outright asked. But since I'd planned my wedding to be a little unconventional, I wanted to present a gift that was in the same vein.
Can I just say how surreal it is that I'm even proposing to my girls to be bridesmaids? I've been planning "my wedding" since before I could remember, but it's finally happening and I'm just really in disbelief, lol. It's happening!
I wanted to come up with a funny tagline for the bridesmaid proposal, and if you follow me on Instagram you know I love "#bae", so I found a cute way to incorporate that.

"I couldn't tie the knot with #bae without you there for the big day! Will you be my bridesmaid?"

I surprised all of the girls with a meetup at The Cecil in Harlem (who were recently named "The Best New Restaurant in America" by Esquire Magazine! - a huge thank you to my girl Christopher and The Cecil for hosting us). None of them knew the other were coming, which was the best part. Watching them trickle in with confusion was great, lol. We had lots of drinks, great dinner, and topped off the night with champagne.
My beautiful bridesmaids!

My team is set, and now I have to figure out venue and all those other things (I thought I had one but there are some complications to say the least), but I'm just so happy to have my girls there for the ride!
Did you propose to your bridesmaids? If so, how did you do it?
