Sequins x (Faux) Fur
I want to pretend I'm not cold, but I'm just...not. I'm not, y'all. Record low temperatures in NYC have kept me from NYFW this season, as grateful as I am to attend. But when Heidie Lykke of Carmakoma and my girl Rikke of Sticky Sweet Danish are in NYC, I am absolutely going outside.
"Impeccable" is the only word I can really think of to describe this dress. The intricate attention to detail, the supple fabric, and the shoulder pads (!) make this Carmakoma dress (via Gwynnie Bee - click here to join) such a gem for any closet. I'm getting back to my vintage roots!
Style Tip: When mixing textures, stick to the same color family so there is uniformity while creating visual interest.
