"Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking." - Devil Wears Prada
It's finally feeling like Spring in New York City (dare I say summer?), so the florals and sandals have made their closet debut. I bought these orange sandals a little over a month ago and have been thirsting to wear them.
Though I'm in a creative field, I'm trying to find a way to do business casual and still have fun with it. This jacket from Igigi via Gwynnie Bee gave me everything I was looking for! It was the perfect touch to pull together my colorful look.
Style Tip: The more colorful, the better! I believe in keeping the colorfulness grounded with solid pieces (I feel like I give that advice a lot, haha). Keeping the pattern and color confined to accessories and statement pieces like a jacket make a look more polished.
