Unconventional Plus Size Suit

It's interesting - now that I'm not working in an office, I want to wear so. much. workwear! The problem is, it's so hard to find a fun plus size suit. So, as usual, I made it work and found two beautiful options from Eloquii and paired them together. I love the timelessness of a chic, black double-breasted blazer with slight adornments like pearls. Pair with a classic trouser with pearl embellishments and voíla, a suit. Take it up a notch with interesting frames and a deep red lip for a standout look.

Styling Tip: To make your own suit, opt for like-pieces. Work with the same color (ie: red, green) or the same embellishment (ie: pearls, square buttons).

So, the reason for this suit? I was speaking on the #BeautyIRL panel for Bustle Magazine, hosted by COTY at the STORY store here in NYC. The other panelists, Ushshi and Diana Veras are such dynamic women and have such strong perspectives - it made it such a joy to share our opinions and experiences.
