How To Wear Lingerie After Valentine's Day

Lingerie is tricky. A lot of ladies I speak to feel like it's a waste of money because it stays on for a few minutes then it's off. I like to maximize my wardrobe (even down to my skivvies), so I wanted to put together some ways you can wear lingerie after valentine's day. I personally wear lingerie year-round, but it's a fairly new development since I figured out how to make it flexible for outside!   plus size lingerie after valentines day

LINGERIE AFTER VALENTINE'S DAY: WITH A BLAZER

By far, one of the easiest ways to wear lingerie after valentine's day is to throw on a blazer and heels. You still keep the edgy, sexy vibe without being gauche. This is my favorite way to do it. It works particularly well for nights you want to go from the lounge to the club, lol.

Ever since I sprained my ankle, I've been going hard for #TeamKicks. Going for a casual denim with flowy jacket makes this feel upscale yet chill.

I have lots and lots of sheer pieces in my closet for this very reason. Layering is the ultimate key to making your closet work for you. My favorite piece to layer with is the Universal Standard Thames Fog (you can see my Universal Standard outfits here). They now have it in both dress and shirt form for versatility!
