Where to Buy Plus Size Workout Gear & Sports Bras
January, oh dreaded January. The one time a year where we're inundated with ads for flat tummy teas and $1 gym memberships. The one month where it's impossible to get an elliptical and produce can't stay on the shelves long enough. Whether you're into this health-crazed season or not, I get questions about where to buy plus size sports bras and plus size workout clothes all of the time. It all just happens to be the most on sale this time of year, so I do my due diligence and share.
Personally, this season I haven't bought into the barren land of resolutions, but I have committed myself to taking better care of my body. I haven't made any lofty goals to lose weight, but I'm determined to move and stay hydrated (two things I was very, very bad at in 2018). I genuinely feel like a dumpster fire and it's time for me to make some changes. Might as well look cute while I do it!

Lane Bryant and Old Navy are my tried-and-trues, but Bandier and Beyond Yoga have become new favorites (Beyond Yoga, in particular, has the best high-waisted leggings I've owned in a while and their recent collaboration with Self Magazine is my fave considering I modeled for Self's "Best Of" list earlier this season).
