TREND REPORT: Intarsia Animal Sweater
Cold weather means major chunky knit time. Sweaters get fancy this fall with friendly critters who can be dressed up with tapered pants or dressed down with dark denim.
Before you ask: "Intarsia" is a knitting technique used to create patterns with different colors. Unlike most knitting projects, colors are not carried over. Instead, they are cut off and stitched together when all the knitting is done. Lesson dismissed, haha.
Styling Tip: Accessories are key when wearing knit sweaters. Drape with pearls or a colorful statement necklace for a day-to-night look, heels to look put-together, and metallics to look high-fashion chic. My favorite thing to do is wear a big men's watch with a knit.
