OUTFIT: Rue 107 Retropop #Flavorfy
This past weekend was so insane - I attended the SWAK Designs brunch (so many thanks to Sara!!) and painted the town afterwards with my girls Beck, Liz and Meaghan. I knew I'd be hitting the pavement, so I made sure to wear a comfortable pair of flats.
I am sooooooo in love with Rue 107, it's pretty ridiculous. I expected this dress to be so uncomfortable in the 80 degree heat, but it's a cotton-blend so I was perfectly fine.
Style Tip: I received a question on Instagram about visible panty line in a bodycon dress. My recommendation? Shapewear is your best friend. Meaghan of Little Lime Dress (who is a fantastic stylist) put me on to Spanx britches - they are lightweight and the hold is just as firm as a regular pair. To avoid visible lines, turn them inside out! Thanks for the tip, Meggy ;)
...it was hot out and I was completely delirious by this point.
