HEALTHY: #PSPfit Plus Size Workouts and Plank Challenge

For those ladies who have signed up to join the #PSPfit crew this cycle, I hope your Week 1 is going well! It's been slightly chilly in NYC these past few days, so I've been finding it challenging to get out of the house to go to the gym. Luckily, Cece and my girls Shay and Meaghan pumped some #PSPfit videos out for you for FREE on Youtube!

This cardio blasting routine is so great for an indoor workout, do four reps to get a full workout. 
By the way, for the duration of #PSPfit we will be doing a 30-Day Plank Challenge. Everyday we're adding five seconds. At day one, I was at 15 seconds. Three days later, I'm at 52 seconds. You can do this!
