Yesterday, an old friend of mine married her high school sweetheart. Seeing their love grow over 12 years has been so amazing! Friends from high school (Bronx Science, woot), their family and friends gathered to celebrate their union. This was the best wedding I've ever been to!
For this wedding, I wanted to keep it very simple and not too formal since the wedding began at 11 am. I opted for this knee-length Anna Scholz peplum dress from SimplyBe that I haven't worn since my company's Christmas party. It was the perfect dress to get my boogie on in without being self conscious.
Style Tip: When picking a dress to wear for a wedding, take the time and venue into consideration. For celebrations earlier in the day, I suggest going with shorter numbers. For evening weddings, dresses can be a bit frillier and longer.
