Time for Detox! Clean Eating Recipes

I don't know about you guys, but I ate all of not-so-great-for-me things this holiday season and now I'm sick to my stomach (literally!). So I will be taking this weekend to do a three-day cleanse. My "3-Day Cleanse" post from 2013 is one of my most popular posts, so I figured I'd follow up with some actual meals that I like when I'm cleansing - not just juices.
BREAKFAST:
* 2 poached eggs with half an avocado and a cup of berries
* A cup of steel-cut oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk, topped with honey and chia seeds
* Egg Muffins (see my recipe here)
SNACKS:
* Chia Seed Pudding (see my recipe  here)
* a small pack of nuts (I prefer cashews and almonds)
* Fruits
* Fage Greek Yogurt with Honey (or with a sliced fresh fruit)
LUNCH:
* Roasted chicken with warm spinach
* Raw spinach topped with warm chicken, salsa, and corn
* Spinach and Kale mix, topped with feta cheese, cranberries, chia seeds and an apple cider vinegar and EVOO vinaigrette 
DINNER:
* Any kind of salad! Raw leafy greens with warm veggies usually works best for me. 
(I try to avoid heavy proteins at night)
