Happy Founders' Day to my Sorors of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated! November 12 is always such a joyous, proud time for Sorors. This year marks 93 years since Our founding; 7 years until Centennial!

I've told this story before, but I just felt Sigma Gamma Rho in my heart once I found it. With all that is happening at Mizzou right now, I'm even prouder to be a part of an organization that was founded by seven brave schoolteachers that faced high stakes and adversity in Indiana in the early 20th century. To be rooted in such greatness is humbling. I will be basking in the cloak of dignity and honor today!

BTW, you will definitely be seeing this gorgeous draped duster from Yona New York again. I love how versatile it is (and it's been getting me through this unseasonably warm transitional weather in NYC!).
