About that Fringe Jeans Life

I never, ever thought I'd see the day where I'd be wearing fringe jeans. It's really never crossed my mind until I saw them on the Eloquii site a couple of weeks ago. Now? I'm fringe jeans obsessed. Outside of them being so bizarre, they are INSANELY soft and comfortable. Eloquii, you've stolen my heart.

Now let's talk for a second about tucking in your shirt. I know there are so many women (and men!), plus size or not, that are very self-conscious about this. As with all fashion, I say "if you believe in it so will everyone else". This circumstance holds no different. If you own your look when it's tucked in, who's to tell you otherwise? The top in this photo is actually a bodysuit (which I've fully committed to this season), and I just put on this thing and went with it. I went to a conference with my shirt tucked in. I went shopping with my shirt tucked in. I even went to dinner with my shirt tucked in, and absolutely no one said anything to me. As it should be.

Styling Tip: When wearing fringe jeans, proportions are key. These work best with heeled ankle boots or a high heel shoe, but go with whatever tickles your fancy! I wore flats and balanced with a tucked-in look, which worked for me.
