Greenwich Village Strolls

I've been strolling around New York City a lot lately, finding nooks and undiscovered crannies to really stew in and enjoy. Tineey and I took a walk through Greenwich Village and happened upon this slice of suburbia and had to stop and snap a flick. I'm not sure if it was the juxtaposition of graffiti against a mint gate or the beautiful, perfect gate outside of the brownstone but I was entranced. This was a piece of NYC I'd never experienced - why didn't every part look like this?

JD Williams has become my new obsession. The older sister to Simply Be, JD Williams has some really great things if you're willing to sift a little (the site is full of a lot of basics and honestly some more mature pieces that I'm not quite ready for), and I have grown further and further in love with them as I dig for more options. Here's some of my faves right now - don't mind all of the long sleeve options, I'm clearly already in October in my mind:
