Spring Denim

This post was sponsored by Macy’s in partnership with Bloglovin Activate, but all opinions are my own :)

To me, denim and Spring go hand in hand. Distressed, embellished, or colorful, there’s so many ways you can make denim work for you as the temps heat up. While denim is known to be more casual, I like to have fun dressing it up in the Spring time. I wear them to hit the rooftop after work with my girls, on dates, and even to business meetings if I can get away with it. But my favorite way to wear denim is with more denim. The queen of the Canadian Tuxedo is what I’ve dubbed myself!

Macy's Plus Size Denim Celebrity Pink

I’m always on a quest to find jeans that both a) work for my body type and b) work for my lifestyle. I need jeans that accommodate my waist-to-hip ratio and are comfortable enough to run around NYC and travel with. The Celebrity Pink line from Macy’s checks off both of those boxes without question.Macy's Plus Size Denim Celebrity Pink

The first thing I noticed when I took them out of the package was how soft they were. Most denim that are as soft as Celebrity Pink are cheap and tend to rip (thigh rub beware!) within a few weeks time, but these are durable and stand up to the test. I’m currently on my third wash of them and they look brand new.Macy's Plus Size Denim Celebrity Pink
